A team approach to NDIS
MyTurn Rehabilitation clinicians can assist you further by working closely with your other team members, including your occupational therapist, speech pathologist, orthotist, dietician and more.
We can also liaise with your family, support coordinator and
plan manager to ensure you have all the clinical support you
need to get the most out of your NDIS funding package.

- Arranging initial assessments for physiotherapy treatment plans
- Arranging initial assessments for exercise physiology treatment plans
- Preparing progress reports to demonstrate your need for ongoing physiotherapy and/or exercise physiology when your new plan is due for renewal
- Developing service agreements as required by the NDIS
- Providing quotes for any NDIS-funded equipment you require (braces, walking aids or exercise equipment)
- Liaising with your family and support people to ensure you’re getting the best outcomes under your NDIS plan.
